They have new workers every month. I don't think they get trained properly because every time I go they screw up my order. No egg on a burnt sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap this morning. Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant freezing cold yesterday. It's really ridiculous.

How does a place that sell countless iced beverages have no straws? Workers there look like they hate their job. Rude and blunt customer service. Management needs to train them better.

They do not listen or pay attention to what you order and are very slow. I only ordered a small latte, and multiple customers got their food and drinks before me eventhough I paid ahead of them. My latte was just sitting on the back …
