Trash iced Macchiato. I order on mobile but they didn’t follow the amounts. The girl goes to town with caramel that makes the drink is so sweet. My drink comes out at room temperature without a single cube of ice.

Possibly the most inefficient Starbucks locations in the City. This location is busy, no doubt about it but the management doesn't really acknowledge the need for customer ordering service in store throughout the day. This location on this day had at least 10 employees working, of which one is working the guest order register as well as serving coffee. This had the line wait times in excess of 7-8 minutes, not just today either but on several days over the past 2 1/2 weeks there has been time wasted to end up walking out because it's taking 7 or more minutes to order and/or acquire a beverage. The recommendations are that the Starbucks Company review it's functionality for this location and consider assigning employees to take beverage orders and collect payments. In the past 2 1/2 weeks there has been a loss of multiple customers due to time constraints and lack of Location's ability to effectively and efficiently run the coffee business.
