I love this place because all the workers there are so respectful and nice. Sometimes they can have bad days but we all get it. Mornings can be hard sometimes. Especially when you have to get up for work. But mostly the workers there are so joyful and jolly.

Called to get information on how to obtain proof that a Civil court matter was dismissed and I was transfer to NYCHA Law department which wasn’t a law dept it was a irritated woman at home telling me she can’t give me or tell me anything because they are working from Home! What sense does that make? Jus horrible so how will I in a pandemic get the proof I need if I can’t go into the courts??

The storage facility, Did they wrongfully sell your locker at auction? Did the facility where your personal belongings was stored didn't pay you their insurance that was part of the monthly fee? You have to take the company to small claims court. Do you have paper work meaning receipts showing that you were on time with the monthly payments Because you have to show that the storage company was wrong.

The same happens to me
