I know that the work they do is everyday to them, but I can't begin to explain what a huge difference they made to me! I managed to find a priceless VHS tape that contained the only video that exists of me as a child. After so many years, I was too afraid to try to convert it to a digital file myself and risk destroying the tape, so I found DiJiFi through internet searching. DiJiFi was professional, prompt, and most importantly, friendly. I imagine that restoring recordings of memories can create some emotional clients! They made me feel very comfortable as they answered all of my questions, before I even committed my project to them. Their estimate was truly worth every cent! I felt like my tape was safe in their hands. When I received the digital file, I was shocked to see it was much longer than I expected. I saw pieces of my childhood, locations I barely remember, and so much more! I heard my grandfather's voice again, which I haven't heard in six years. Thank you, DiJiFi. I feel like I regained pieces of myself that I had lost to time. I recently moved and needed to convert priceless home videos and pictures before moving. After doing extensive research, I chose DiJiFi and I am beyond pleased with this decision. The whole process could not have been any easier. I spoke with Jim who explained everything to me in detail about all my options and I did not feel like I was being convinced to buy something that I did not need and felt very at ease with my purchase. In terms of the process, Jim himself picked up the materials and after moving, the originals were sent to my new home.
