Don't be late so you can sit there for hours. Break for lunch than convince till four pm so bring you're iPhone but turn off ringer and valume

There is NOT a regular session of Port Jervis City Court on Fridays. They do sometimes have trials or hearings.

As a business owner in Port jervis I need to file against a customer that owes the store $6300. I know 10 years ago the max in small claims was $5000.00 will they hear my $6300.00 case?

If it's over $5000, you can file a police report. However, you can sue in small claims court for the maximum of $5000. Nothing more than that. So unfortunately, you may not get the full amount that your customer owes you if you file a small claims.
