How to change my appointment from going up there to a phone call and the person who did it for me was very helpful and kind I never have any problems with anyone up there

I was calling to schedule an appointment with them but the lady who answered the phone doesn’t want to let me make an appointment with them so sorry but NO I don’t need your help. Go to hell

I was holding back on leaving a review for a while, but holy cow, these people are so incredibly rude and have no self-awareness. I honestly only kept coming back for MO. She was absolutely wonderful, but she's gone now, so I guess it's time for me to leave this place as well. NEVER get a Pap smear/test here. I waited NAKED in a freezing room for almost an hour for some super rude, cold woman. So unprofessional and traumatizing. I'm so disappointed. I thought people in the healthcare industry were supposed to be kind and mindful, or at least respectful and responsible when in charge of such serious matters. I'm done with this place. I can't even get a proper appointment scheduled; they mumble over the phone and disregard you in person. Not everyone is trying to be combative or rude; learn to listen and be kind.

The incompetence of this clinic is staggering. I doubt they are even accepting new patients as they do not even have actual doctors there! They have been struggling with using physician assistants that they must have drawn the short straw for because they have horrible attitudes and do not care about their patients. They will only do the minimum and nothing else. If you value your health DO NOT BRING YOURSELF HERE. Find anywhere else but here. If you have suffered through this clinic and the problems they are creating in your life contact the state. This clinic will probably go through yet another name change to make up for their terrible service reputation.
