The waystation is open every evening . The hours are I belive is 6pm till 730am. Then the day station is open from 9am till 5pm. Don't quote me on the exact times. But they close as possible.

Can only get free blanket or sleeping bag from cots or safe harbor if your homeless and sleeping outdoors.
You do not need a certification fir an animal to b considered a service animal legally by law pla escan only ask u wat service the dog provides for u

I would suggest contacting STAFF and seeing what is available for volunteers.
If you go to Cotts it will take a few days for you to get into a place to stay and chances are it will just be a shelter at first but within a couple months they will have you in a cheap affordable place to live if you stick with their program
