This place will shut you down if you complain about harassment from customers. My friend was a nanny and she recorded the husband harassing her. And care.com suspended the poor things account. I was in care for 9 years and they just told me, I don't fit into the community and shut me off, how long does it take them to figure things out. I had terrific 5-star reviews even.

Unauthorized kept charging the card for several months. Afrer the subscription was already expired and the app that was completely useless deleted off my phone. Refused to refund it. 9 out of 10 applicants are fake profiles and will never open your message or respond. This is a scam. Horrible reviews and bad scores on several different web sites. Hundreds of BBB complaints. Just google this place and you ll see.

You have to email someone from their HR department. They are purposely difficult to get on the phone but you have to harass them, pretty much.
