Very good warehouse to load my pick up was for 12pm and I arrived at 3:30pm and they gave me door at the moment and they loaded me in 20 minutes very experience was very good and they are very kind with the drivers

Bount Fine foods puts a lot of stress on their employees and the management style is passive aggressive. They would rather mock you behind your back vs making the time to sit down and talk things out. Some people seem genuine while others could care less. I don't feel targeted personally but I noticed others resentful towards one another at times. There's a lot of whispering Confusing, unhealthy work environment, and directions are unclear or misleading. The president seems jovial and the food is ok.
