I've seen mixed reviews about this place. I've never been there but by the phone call I just made I never will. I called to make a donation and the guy on the phone picked up already annoyed, spoke low and there was alot of craziness in the background. I'm going to salvation army instead. 👎

Hotel is a family shelter. Supposedly under renovation but conditions are subpar. Rugs are gross and the walls are disgusting, patched, discolored and drawn on. Keycards dont work and no hot water for a week! The amount of money these shelters are paid to house people its ashame they are this bad.
I want to donate Turkey but I don't know if this place would take? It's still frozen .
