Terrible. If I could give it a -5 I would. The new staff is just horrible; condescending and fake as hell. Not helpful at all, and they like to talk down to people. Especially Ms. Adam's, who will quickly call ACS for stupid reasons. I don't care if they read this either. Watch out for Ms. Peter's, the woman's a snake and as phoney as they come.

This place hasn’t been any help been here 2 years. Almost every other month there’s new case workers in and out. It’s impossible getting help because no one is ever there permanently.

9pm A minute after and you get a "violation".

A mother and her son came from Puerto Rico because they lost everything in the earthquake and they are alone and with no one, Ayi they welcome them in the city and they are asked for and evicted and a minor like that helps them
