This is the worst medical clinic they have bad service 😡 appointments every two months. I took a piece of paper so that they would fill out a physical for my son's school, he has already been in the paper for 4 years and has not yet filled it out. And the worst thing is that he does not answer the phone. There I was only incompetent.

This clinic is so unprofessional. My 62 year old mother goes here and every time she has an appointment something happens, either someone downright disrespects her or they just refuse to fill out any important documentation she needs in regards to her physical and mental health. I will be calling the state health department to put in a few complaints! One time she went in for an appointment and the clerk went off on her because she tapped on the window to speak to someone. The clerks excuse was…. Her uncle had just passed and she wasn’t in a good mood and the glass tapping set her off. No matter what the situation I believe everyone should be treated with respect, especially in a health care environment. After this happened my mom had a mental breakdown and was admitted to the LIJ hospital in valley stream my suffers from severe depression and thanks to their actions my mom was admitted to the hospital!!! If anyone else has had a bad experience at this location PLEASE PLEASE speak up they should NOT be getting away with this kind of treatment.

This place is unprofessional their don’t care about no patients, if call to make appointment nobody answer the phone, I dropped a form my doctor almost one month I’m still waiting tchuips.
