Buyer Beware-Liberty was highly recommended by my contractor who I trusted, so I hired them to replace a wooden fence and two gates with PVC. Installers were rude and unprofessional, did a terrible job!. They installed the fence but did not space out the posts evenly so I have several sections that are equal in size and then one very small section in a very obvious area-why not space them all out evenly? More concerning- when they returned two days later to install the gates (something I did not know in advance, as I assumed it would all be done the same day), I noticed the two posts they had installed for one of the gates were not aligned. They were off by 2-3 inches. The installer gave me such an argument and insisted they were aligned. I finally brought out a level to prove my point, and he was forced to move one of the posts to realign them. The attitude I got - and I quote "what are you, an architect?" was unacceptable. I tried calling Liberty several times that day and in the days afterwards with no response. I cannot speak to the quality of the material as it is still fairly new but if you use them, ask for their A-team and watch them every step of the way for mistakes. Don't assume they know what they're doing they don't!

The quality of the work is very good, the installers were very informative and nice. However their customer service is horrible. Contract says install to be completed in 3.5 weeks. They didn't start working until week 5, and no one returns your calls when you call the office. After the install they didn't complete the job in one day and now I am chasing them again for when the gate will be installed.
