Just ordered the “made to order” chicken sandwich. It was barely warm and the crust was completely soggy. We ate it right away so it should have been hot and crispy. Not worth the calories. Won’t be going back.

My husband and I just went through drive thru..the young lady who took our order and bagged our food was very polite..I checked food and was missing a biscuit. My husband went in to get the biscuit and the manager tried to insinuate that we were lying about the biscuit..he lied saying he bagged the food when we watched the nice young lady bag our food. Every single time we go to that location there is always an issue with that manager..which is unfortunate because its close to us..but never again..we felt insulted..he is lucky my husband wanted KFC We

If it's close to closing they like to take their time instead of having a sense of urgency
They do that. Got caught. You have to be careful. The only I trust us the one R the corner of oyster point rd. And Jefferson ave. Food be fresh and not greasy. Manager is very responsible and takes care of her customers!
