Not bad, not great. Had steak tips and eggs which were surprisingly good but swee t. My daughter thinks my pancakes are better " but not by much". Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good all around. Avoid the coffee unless you just have to have some. Place could do with a makeover but it's clean.

My daughter wanted to dine here after her graduation. We lucked out because it was empty. Our waitress, Jasmine was amazing. She was super attentive, friendly and accommodating. The night manager was equally awesome. The customer service my family and I received here was incomparable to some of the other establishments I've been to. Our food was hot and served promptly. Please give this place a shot...you won't regret it!

This review is for this IHOP only!! I had stop visiting IHOP years ago, because of the unprofessional service, lack of cleanliness and decline in the quality (taste) of food. This particular IHOP has won me over. I know it was because Ms. Shawna. Host and only waitress working at the time I went. The restaurant was had quite a few people already inside. More than one person should be required to serve alone. Anyway someone asked her was she working alone. She said a remarkable thing. Yes ,but it’s ok and I’ll make it work.” She did just that. She didn’t vent. She didn’t complain. She didn’t have an attitude. She continued to smile and serve the customers. Now that’s good…no great customer service!! Thanks Ms. Shawna.

I ordered pancakes with butter pecan syrup and crispy chicken tenders with honey mustard and ranch sauces. The customer service was great and the food was delicious.
