We do get extremely busy, we are not ones to turn off phone or anything like that, we try to help all our customers a great experience we value all our customers equally, happy holidays and merry Christmas, to those who have been coming to us for years ty for your loyalty and we love you guys!
@Randy....I'm not sure how you know that they 'put their phone on low' so they don't have to answer?? We have used this ihop for nearly 2yrs, regularly, and I find them way above most places in the area. The staff are always polite, welcoming, happy to accomodate you even with a change of meal...I think if they don't answer the phone, maybe they are at that point really busy (as we have witnessed) which is a great sign right?? We enjoy eating out and have used many places but settled with this place simply for all of the above. Thanks to All the staff for making myself and husband feel very welcome.

I really don't like the place in its entirety. The food sucks as well. I don't go there anymore.

Weird I never had a issue with to go orders but you can now place a to go order online
This is absolutely correct...I have tried several times to call in an order and they NEVER answer the phone...
