Absolutely terrible! These ratings are not accurate at all. In the first room assigned, the toilet did not flush nor did the A/C unit work properly. We notified front desk and were moved rooms. In the second room we were moved to, the shower was absolutely disgusting! There was dark reddish brown substance on the shower walls in multiple spots (blood?) and when I notified front desk she offered me cleaning supplies and said I can clean it myself! WHAT? The ceiling tile had pieces missing and falling apart. The room reeked of smoke smell in a NON-SMOKING building. Needless to say, we got a full refund and had to relocate our family in the middle of the night! I don’t know about others’ standards but that is unacceptable for any business! DO NOT BOOK THIS UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SLEEPING CONDITIONS.

This was a great place to stay, front desk was very friendly and helpful, we had a issue with the lock on the door was fixed the next day. Housekeeping did a great job very friendly. Only issue we had was the indoor pool was cold, we thought it would be heated.

Room was very nice and clean, the staff was super friendly and very helpful! Kids loved the pool! They even kept the pool open an hour longer for us! We was happy!! Breakfast was decent, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes. Woke up when breakfast was ending and they waited for us before they put everything up. All around great stay! No complaints at all!!! Will definitely be back!

Worst experience ever in ANY IHG locations. We had a corporate account w this location and stayed for several months a few years ago. However, I wouldn’t recommend it now. My family and I stayed recently and very disappointed. The room was far from clean. We had to leave the pool because about 20 people came in to swim in normal clothes for a kids birthday party. If we weren’t so jet lagged we would have left and went somewhere else. I should’ve know better when trying to get a reservation and no one answered the phone after several attempts. Had asked for stuff for the room and they said come get it. Only 2 Towles for a double queen room. Normally at least 4 no hair dryer. Trash bags layer on trash can not in it.
