I bought a Hyde vape for 25.99 and when I got it it tasted burnt, I worked til 5 so I couldn’t go in immediately, I called the shop and asked what they could do about this and he told me customers have to try the product before leaving in order to return something. This policy is not known to the customers and he wanted me to prove that the vape was even burnt. He would not work with me after I wasted my money there on a expired or defective product. No receipt was even given to me. I’m definitely not going here anymore and wasting my money on their products.
