The pic is the reason I am leaving a review but I have some additional info, but was supposed to be 1 gram of “puddle wax”. The description doesn’t describe it as sauce or budder, but it definitely isn’t wax. Idk if it wasn’t stored properly or what. I usually get redline wax or something similar which has great consistency..but this was just disappointing to open. I have been buying from this place for months, last week a new employee double charged me on a purchase..the owner Jack sorted that out. No big deal. Another time I wanted to purchase a torch, and any good shop will have multiples to choose from..well I asked if they could show me the difference in the torches besides the price and they refused to take it out of the box so I could look at it, so I potentially had to spend more money just because of some weird policy or maybe the employee was lazy..can’t say I’m not happy with the $30 torch but the cheaper $20 one may have worked just as well I usually purchase a few grams of concentrates a week. Well this puddle wax is just embarrassing…don’t buy it. It might weigh a gram when the dropped it in there but there is so much unusable material here and this isn’t the first time I purchased “wax” that wasn’t wax. The consistency sucks. I shouldn’t have to wonder what I am getting every time I go there or what kind of experience I’m gonna have. Most of the people there are friendly but they just don’t have knowledge on the product they are selling. I’m a concentrate connoisseur, I have been giving this place hundreds of dollars a week in hopes it would be my go to. I’m just frustrated.
