A wonderful place to do your banking. Great for city employees. Every single person working there is professional nice and understanding. They were our family bank for years ever since my father started working for the city and now many many years later I'm still benefiting from their service.

Switch all banking to MyCom. Staff is friendly, professional and eager to help. None of the issues arise that were regular with larger banks.

I filed for a car loan online and was approved for the loan quickly. The rate was the lowest available! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and communicated very clearly. Sarah in the loan office was fantastic. She handled the whole process; it took me about 20 minutes total! Do try out MyCom.

Utterly incompetent. So many screw-ups from one tiny bank with a staff of 5 people. Deposited my check in someone else's account. Sent confirmation of a wire (containing bank account numbers) to someone else's e-mail. ONE ATM--and no deposit envelopes available on a Friday night. Repeatedly "deposited" incorrect amount (of paper checks) in my account. Assured me "bank by phone" was in the works--a year and a half ago--when it wasn't. BANK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.
