I had my first experience a month or two ago and have been back since! The staff were all so helpful and kind. I was so anxious to go in (one part of why I need this) and I felt so at ease as soon as I got there. I explained my issues and they were so knowledgeable with what might work for me. The products themselves have absolutely changed the way I was living! I fully believe that I’m getting my money’s worth. I highly recommend The Botanist!

This is what I have been looking for. Great service and variety. Even better when I git home and see fresh large flowers. The service is top notch. Worth my 30 minutes drive as locals are failing

Analise is a great botanist. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. This dispensary is my favorite in all of Southern NY. I come from BX here because of the exceptional service every time. And they're loyalty points are actually worth it.

Try calling if you can, but Kevin must be correct if the staff told him. I believe they're open 10am-7pm everyday except Sunday. Actually the hours are: Mon - Sat: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Sun: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
