Bill the tech was professional, explained the install process and how the protector works. At the end, they are a good company and I would not hesitate to hire them again. I called to help diagnose a pool pump issue. Was told 65 but then the tech said it was going to be 195. I was very disappointed. He checked that I had power and left. Be prepared to pay 200minimum even if they say otherwise
