I worked for this company under the GS account for almost 2 years, and I’m so glad that I left. The management for Concentrix is absolutely awful, not to mention some of the TL’s and RTA. They do not actually value their agents that work hard everyday and put in their best effort. All they care about is the client (Goldman Sachs). Then, they try to evaluate your performance as an agent with some inaccurate scores off of surveys from customers that are rude and disrespectful, even though we are giving the customer all of the correct information on their account. We had to deal with all of these customer issues, being cursed at and disrespected by customers, and then on top of that we had to try to navigate their wack systems that don’t even work half of the time. The absolute worst TL I’ve had while working this job is D’Avia Warner. Out of all TL’s that are supposed to LEAD their agents, she did the opposite. All she cares about is her bonuses as a TL, which is the ONLY reason she is always complaining about agent’s scores. The overall scores of the agents on her team affects her bonuses as a TL. Her demeaning approach to coaching agents whose score is under 87% is ridiculous and unprofessional. I’ve had some great TL’s, but a majority of them are a joke, lazy, and don’t show any kind of leadership whatsoever. Everything about the job as a call center agent was unfair, and draining. I will NEVER go back to working for them.

Today I got laid off because of a bad call for “unprofessionalism”. With no options no other account or project to go to. Never received any coachings From my team leader for two months because they fired my team leader and they never gave us any updates. Never had any write ups. They are very dysfunctional and unorganized!! I always show team effort and help other agents while they are so busy doing what they are doing. They only have three team leader and a high turnover rate. Alot of micromanaging always on top of you about ACW and metrics but never help you become a better agent or improve in your work. Do not work for this company and the pay is horrible only $14.50. Not worth the time or energy. Always having system issues. Training was horrible and a shot amount of time they throw you to the sharks !! Alyssia and shari do better.

It’s so sad how they only care about the customers and clients. The amount of calls that comes through in a hour and they only give their employees a 30 minute lunch. When the client wants to collect money and it’s due date time they give you shorts lunches ! Working for 8 hours a day and not even getting the correct break time. Then you get hired for one department and they have you doing your job and others job IM SICK OF THEM $16/hr to be a collections agent a servicing g agent and a dispute agent it’s SICKENING

So does that mean if you worked for convergys you worked for them or is it different

They'll call you. But I'd suggest waiting until Wed or Thu and calling them. Not the most efficient company
