Visited this location 3 time to get a DOT physical. Doctor said I needed an A1C. Got it. Called to make sure Doctor was in. Went in and Doctor was not in. Went back in this morning and doctor needed more information. They reviewed all my information that I provided the first visit. Why didn’t they ask for the information then. All the information I provided was what I have provided for the last eight years. Never a problem.

Had an appointment for a school physical with an online reservation. It took 2 hours to get In and out for a simple exam. This was not quick or convenient compared to other urgent care facilities.

I made an appt online and STILL waited 3 hours to be seen. They called multiple people ahead of me. When I asked why they said “we have no control over who is called up and in what order”. I was not treated well at all. This place is an absolute waste of time. I do not recommend coming here at all. I’ll never be back.
