I recently purchased a used GT350 from Heller Ford from out of state. The entire process was done over combination of the internet and on the phone with Austin from sales. It was legitimately the best car buying experience I have ever had. Austin and the team at Heller were extremely quick to update me on the progress of the purchase. Austin even came in several times on his days off to help answer questions, complete paperwork and move the process along. His patience, not only with me, but with the third party company that I had ship the car back to Reno, NV. was top notch. I cannot thank Austin and the Heller ford guys and gals enough for an extremely painless car buying experience in a time where that is nearly impossible to find. I can't recommend them enough. Outstanding job folks!!!

Heller Ford was just ok. Not exceptional. Drove 4 hours away to get the exact vehicle I’ve been looking for for months. I’ve never taken a loan out to buy a vehicle and that whole process seemed very rushed and pressured and my questions even if they seemed dumb were not answered. I also had specific questions about how much this vehicle can tow and I also had to figure out those questions myself. It’s a used car so it’s not perfect I expect some cosmetic flaws. But when I get a vehicle with tvs I expect them to work flawlessly or at least have it noted that they don’t work correctly all the time. Purchased the used car warranty and didn’t realize until after I got home how much I paid for that warranty or I should say how much I added in to finance that warranty. $27xx for only 24k miles or 2 years. Again I was quite rushed in the office and had I noticed the price I would have said no on the spot. I believe I have that cancelled since I have 30 days to get a refund. The warranty doesn’t start until after 30 days. The time I’d most want the warranty. Moving on 19 days after getting the vehicle we get a flat tire. We put some miles on for a road trip but hit absolutely nothing. Went to have tire checked out by a certified dealership and they noticed right away that the rim not only had a small crack but it also had yellow markings that that crack had been identified by someone prior to this and it just so happens to get bigger while I’ve had it for 19 days. Heller ford will not do anything about it apparently since it’s been 19 days. I guess when you go look at used car from them check the inside of the rims for cracks!!! I also didn’t know I only got one key fob for my vehicle until I went through financing and the vehicle was officially mine. With the price of a new key fob ( roughly $400) I may have reconsidered the vehicle price even more so. My local dealership couldn’t believe they didn’t just order a new key fob and stop being cheap pushing it off on a new customer. Lesson learned for me! Maybe it will help someone else.

Bought a car online for the first time and I was very nervous about the whole process!! Jason Lyczak has made the experience a lot less stressful for me by sending me regular updates, always answering my texts and phone calls, sending me pictures and a video of the car, and answered my million questions patiently! I even got my car delivered a day earlier than expected which made me extremely happy!! I highly recommend working with Jason! He is very nice and seems to love what he does! Thank you Jason! Also thank you for not buying this car for yourself....Maleficent looks way better on me LOL! I cleaned her up a bit more and now she is sparkling!

Excellent experience with Heller Ford. I Flew in from out of state to buy a vehicle and it was a very easy and smooth transaction. I worked with Mike Bigger, he could not have been any more helpful! From responding to texts after hours, to personally taking and sending additional photos and video, to answering all of my questions. I Have not had great experiences with dealers in the past but both Mike and the Heller Dealer were both professional and honest. Can confidently say my expectations were exceeded in every way. Other dealers take note. This is how you should run a business!

Are you talking about a ford fusion titanium? I think Heller Ford can find you what you want. Call them they have excellent customer service.
