Had a great experience buying a used Jeep from Joseph Carr. Very professional salesman, did not rush or hustle me at all, and during a busy weekend where he was manning phones and helping a different set of customers he still managed to find the time to assist me. I was shocked to actually find a decent price on my Jeep during the pandemic. Everything else was (not exaggerating) $4,000 or $5,000 more. That to me says a tremendous amount about their integrity as a dealership. I’ve had my Jeep for at least two or three months and had zero issues. Again, thank you Joe for making my drive from Grand Rapids worth it! You truly are a great salesman and a decent person. I also appreciate all the other staff at Schafer Chevrolet that made the experience pleasant and professional.

Hands down the best dealership I have worked with. All of the team that I worked with there were really nice and the best part was they were all straight forward and upfront about everything. So many dealerships seem to be off putting and not a great experience but I truly look forward to working with them in the future. They had the best pricing on vehicles I could find within 200 miles and I was turning in a lease and they went out of there way to help me get money back on it. I worked with Kim and she kept great communication letting me know everything the whole process. If you go in ask to work with her.
