The entire sales staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Last week we purchased a 2022 Bronco. We could not be happier with the entire experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a full size Bronco from Dan at Steet-Ponte. I had the most amazing experience working with them. I live in the Albany Capital region near lots of dealerships, but I chose to purchase from Steet-Ponte, a 2 hours drive away, because I wanted to purchase my vehicle from the best! I recently was on the look out for a new vehicle and ended up finding a 2020 Ford Eco sport at Steet Ponte, this wasn't what I was searching for but it was within my budget and it fit my criteria. The color is what I truly loved along with the style and perks and amenities. My sales rep Rich Zajac was very nice ( not over pushy) but helpful. I got a pretty fair trade in for mine from the dealerships owner. I went over the car's body exterior and interior and was pleased with its condition and mileage. I did the bank financing on my own because I wanted to use my bank and get the lowest interest rate, and I succeeded. The car looked and smelled great when I picked it up. I jokingly mentioned new mats and a full tank of gas when I was filling out the purchase offer hoping this would be fulfilled, as its a new car and a huge expenditure for me. I didn't receive either. I got the old owner's mats that are in nasty condition after they dried, all crusty and white and there was a quarter tank of gas when I pulled away after purchase. Its the little things that really matter to customers like me, had they replace the 2 front mats and filled the gas tank (as they should with a brand new customer) then I probably would of gave a 5 star review. I would of given a 3.5 here if I could of.

Rich Zajac was our salesman and was instrumental in our purchase of our F-150. He was very likeable and helped us with making the best choices! He also helped us with our lease 3 years ago! I would trust him in our next dealings with Steele-Ponte!

It is important to note that we do NOT accept car payments at our stores, you must mail them directly or pay them online to Ford or Lincoln Financial.
We love when anyone, whether you are a customer or not, refers others to our store, so much so that we want to thank you for your referral business! Anyone who refers a customer who purchases a new vehicle will receive a $50 check from us, and anyone who refers someone who purchases a used vehicle will receive a $100 check from us. You MUST make sure that the customer purchasing the vehicle tells us your name and contact information so we can get ahold of you for your referral check. You can either stop down to pick up your referral check, or we can mail it to you.
This is one of our most frequently asked questions at all of our stores! Unfortunately, we have no say in when the registration comes in, it's all up to the DMV. Your temporary registration is good for 45 days, and we will notify you by sending you a postcard when your permanent one comes in.

Our showroom remains OPEN with no appointments necessary! We are complying with New York State Automobile Dealer's Association regulations and cleaning our facility every 2 hours per their instruction.
