**BUYER BEWARE** The trim on our 2021 Kia Sorento had begun to peel/flake off around the windows and Cooper has completely ignored our situation!! Eventually we contacted a different Kia dealership and even though we didn't purchase our vehicle through them they have been helpful with our problem. They also stated that Cooper should have handled this problem immediately but Cooper has refused to help in any way. This is a common issue with the trim that is a factory default and Cooper just won't acknowledge it. They won't return phone calls or emails, they won't contact Kia corporate, we literally had to go to a completely different dealership to get any assistance. This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If you are in the market for a Kia, go anywhere besides Cooper!!!!!

very disappointed in my appt.with Matthew...I was given a screenshot Kelly Blue Book Value of $3,200-$3,900 for my trade in...got there and offered me $2,500 & not a penny more...never offered to show me anything else on the lot...I was going to pay cash for the vehicle I was interested in but his personality & non willingness to help left me to walk out the door! You lost a 2nd time potential customer...Dealership has gone downhill...VERY dissapointed!
