First appear is video for the inmate. Not sure about the actual court date. I sat in when my daughter had 1st appearance but all inmates did it by video
I went there a couple days ago, and a sheriff officer told me the Court House was only open for first appearances and anything minor of the non legal is subject to rescheduling or having/needing to be done at a later date.
