Chicken was fresh, and hot. That was the only good thing about this meal. The size of the 1/4 meal chicken was about 3 bites, Broccoli smelled like fish Mashed potatoes warm, gravy tasted like plastic Corn bread was cold, Cookie was ,ehhh Diet coke was OK All this for $17.oo Not going back.

Food went cold on the tray waiting for the sandwich to be made. Staff was unfriendly. Now I remember why I haven't visited a Boston Market in 25 years and why most of them are out of business.

I guess they were short staffed when I went in. Waited at the register for someone to come out front for a good 5 minutes. Food was great though

Should hire based off of IQ and not diversity. Food was cold. Saw a rat in the ceiling tile that was broken. Didn’t have half of the menu. Had to explain to two different workers that with 4 people we would want 4 drinks with our 4 meals. Floors were half inch thick with stickiness. Mold on drink fountain. Left after two bites. Disgusting
