The service here is the absolute worst. They close out maintenance requests, without doing any work. And and then direct you to provide a positive Google review. So incompetent!

It is difficult to imagine how the administrative staff at Windsor can treat exemplary tenants any more poorly than we were treated. Integrity, honesty, fairness and equitability are clearly not part of their business model. In addition to preparing yourself to be lied to, you may want to check the Hopkinton Police logs to get a sense for how often they are called to this "community".

Dents all over my car from this property parking lot. A police report was filed on your property site. My roomate also had a white truck back up into her car; while it too was legally parked on your property. She also filed a report.
Alert-3 Police Cars were in the community today searching for someone. That's super alarming!!!

Dear Kathryn, Thank you for your feedback. We have not allowed overcrowding, but as we discussed on the phone the prior management company did allow several residents to have more than the 2 vehicles per apartment as well as allowed several residents to use their garages for storage and not for parking. We are actively working with these residents to find alternate solutions. We are also working with the town to find areas where we could expand the parking. As our community is surrounded by conservation land, this is a longer process. There is overflow parking by the trash compactor and on the evening you were having difficulty finding parking our maintenance team along with our tow company did confirm that all of the spaces in this location were available.
