Its a nice quiet place i had some issues that was resolved after speaking with head manager at Lilsa.

My experience is the worse customer service ever i call and ask what are the requirements and he hang up on me and i call again and he said i would not qualifie for it if i am asking this question how rude and poor service skill he had i wonder if he treats his tenants that way too.
