Hi everyone! Let me start by saying I didn’t get approved which I understand but when the front office kid that’s “assisting” you with your application has NO CLUE as to how to answer questions regarding the APPLICATION PROCESS/APPROVAL AND they charge you $90.00 per person NON-REFUNDABLE is really upsetting. They should be able to answer questions PLUS the guy that called me to let me know I didn’t get approved was extremely rude and disrespectful. He couldn’t even answer my questions at all. Thankfully we found another place but seriously I wouldn’t recommend this complex. Nobody knows anything and the front desk kid/girl seems so bothered by your presence is uncomfortable. Awful place. I lived here for almost a year. Bugs, constant plumbing issues and noise complaints were never fixed. It's the worst place I've ever lived.

Bugs, bathtubs painted with wall paint impossible to clean,tub faucets that won't turn off, vinyl floor tiles that don't stick to floor, unsafe balcony, vagrants sleeping in stairways, pool only open part time,rude owners,they rarely fix anything and use second hand parts for stove repairs, dirty hallways,smelly open areas. No security deposit but when you leave they try to stick you with a $2000. Fee to fix things that they didn't repair when you lived there. Constant water shutdowns for repairs. Gutters falling off building.
