Hi Kate, We are permitted to allow 1 vehicle per lease holder; subject to a maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment home. The number of vehicles is not decided by the number of bedrooms, but rather the number of occupants with a maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment. Thank you. Michelle Ablondi Sr. Property Manager
