Very professional easy to talk to explained what needed to be done
A Cie
Matt is fantastic! He explained everything so even I could understand and there’s no pressure to buy or fix anything. Matt has diagnosed and/or repaired three of our computers, and I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and The Tech Shop.

Very nice and fast service after going here twice now. I will go back if I have anymore issues.

I have gone to the Tech Shop with Matt for multiple computer issues. He is always professional and helpful, and his pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Shouldn't be a problem to fix Judy. Feel free to stop by or call anytime during business hours. It's always free to look at.
Hard to say without seeing it. Sometimes it's a separate board that can be replaced fairly cheap ($100 or so), other times it's on the mainboard and it doesn't make any sense to repair it (costs too much), and that's assuming we can even find replacement parts (some models are really hard to find parts for.) Feel free to stop in anytime for a free quote.
I'm sorry Auron, but I don't do any microsoldering like what you are needing.
I dont work on PlayStations, I'm sorry.
I dont, I'm sorry.
I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to when you say "fix my hardware jumper". Feel free to call or come by the store when we are open and I'll gladly take a look at what you have for free and give you a firm price once I know what work needs to be performed.
I sure do Frank.
Absolutely Jennie, feel free to stop in anytime! I'll be here tomorrow from 9am-6pm. Or feel free to call 405.341.7111.
Sure Derrick, come by Monday morning and I can take a look at it for you.
We sure do Grant. Feel free to call or stop in anytime for a free estimate. Matt
It's always free to look at in the store.
It sounds like your hard drive was probably damaged. It's fairly easy to run a test on it if you are able to bring it in the store. Within a few minutes I'll be able to tell you what's wrong with it, if data can be salvaged, and what it would cost to fix. It's always free to look at.
I currently have one that I'm refurbishing and will be done within the day.
Sure thing, feel free to swing by anytime and we'll take a look at it with you.
If it's something that I can fix in my store in less than 30 minutes while he waits, I charge $35. If I just plug it in and everything works, I wouldn't charge him anything.
Normally nothing is installed on your computer when that happens. However, if you allowed someone to remotely connect to your computer, all bets are off. Feel free to contact me by phone or at the store and we can go over some options.
Hard to say without looking at it but probably a much better chance of saving data than salvaging the laptop. It really just depends how much liquid was spilled and where it was spilled. Always free to look at it though.
Not a problem at all.
It's always free to look at if you want to stop by anytime during business hours.
Sure thing! I'll be here until 6pm today.
Not a problem at all. Typically I can look at it with you when you bring it in and tell you what's wrong with it while you are there.
I don't purchase used parts I'm sorry. I can recycle them for you but unfortunately can't offer you any money.
