I came here many times when we first moved to Edmond 4 years ago. This past year they’ve gone way down hill. The guys working there seem irritated when customers pull in and the past 2 times they left my car leaking oil because they didn’t put the filter on correctly.

They do not but their customer service and friendly staff are on point!!!
Your best bet would be to call Woods Fast Oil Change and ask them. They are incredibly friendly people and I'm sure they would be willing to discuss this with you. Just a note, these are not questions to the business but questions ABOUT the business. The business may never see these questions.
