Shame how The Hispanic community finally gets a Hispanic grocery store but lack to enforce customer service policies and to value the customers. We went in there waited 1hr after asking about the customer service desk.

Prices are very fair especially on meats. Going to the deli is an adventure. Takes quite a few minutes before your being helped and most of the time they are out of what your wanting ( even though its there in the case) and they will cut the deli meats without asking your preference in thickness. Otherwise an ok experience.

There used to be a few things that set Winn Dixie apart from the rest. Unfortunately now customer service seems to have been misplaced in training the younger crowd. This store feels loud, the lighting the music, the customers. Just an uncomfortable shopping experience.
