I am so overwhelmed by management that represents Att at this deltona location. Not only was set up difficult attempting to install a SIM card that manager failed to properly explain, after activation was complete. We also got an upgrade, which account was due for, and ran into an issue with two watch lines being activated, as we was told was a must, and not explained why, but then have to go thru customer service, via phone, to find out the watch that was supposedly free after a buy one get one free samsing promotion, still have to manage to pay an installment monthly fee that we was unaware about, of course, which would have prompted us to reject the promotion,being that its usless to have multiple lines on one account with only using one phone. Highly frustrated with staff and Att for only considering getting a sale rather than customers needs. Disappointed at its highest tiers especially the rediculousness from management.
