Had heard good things about Cacao, and a visit proved they were mostly correct. A somewhat limited menu of French classics allowed us to pretend we were back in France, almost. Items were well prepared, and the service was attentive. The evening special drinks a kir royale was the only thing I could complain about - not cold enough, too much cassis and including a maraschino cherry?

Great food and service. Fresh salads. The sandwiches were exceptional. I had chicken and my wife had the stake … both were home runs. Highly recommended

The food and drinks were amazing! I highly recommend getting the steak & eggs and ordering an extra side of fries because they were addictive. The service was impeccable and if you're a drinker try the Lavendar French 75 it was perfect for brunch.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday- and wow! Will definitely be back- incredible food and the SERVICE! Excellent: we were seated by Valeria, courteous and welcoming. Served by Eileen- attentive, warm and friendly. The ambience is simply magical- velvet chairs at a romantic little table, with beautiful maroon curtains for privacy. Thank you Bistro Cacao!

No valet parking, but there is parallel parking on the street in front. Meters are free in the evenings. It's not too hard to find a spot right in front as of 2018.

No formal dress code but it is a nice restraunt. The patio is a little less formal
Street parking is decent. It's also close to Union Station.
We do have a dining area with velvet curtains on the second floor and we do have tables for four people there. However, this would not be a private area as we have other customers dining in the same room. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
