I lived in Spanish Village from 2016 to 2021---five happy years---and recently moved to be closer to family. The park-like surroundings are great for walking and golf cart evening rides. Park management keeps common areas in good shape and responds to residents' concerns. An ordinary day might include breakfast and lunch on the patio, a dip in the pool, a quick 5-minute run to the grocery store, a walk around the lake, and an afternoon visit with a neighbor. Evenings include Monday night bingo and many other enjoyable activities on other nights (as Covid restrictions allow.) If I ever have another opportunity, I would choose to live in Spanish Village again.

This is a nice place to live. There are activities of varying interest, a nice pool and it's kept clean and neat.

Lot rent includes mowing service and trash and recycling 2 days a week. Call the office to see what is available to purchase. Homes here sell quick if they know what you are looking for they will contact you right away if they have it. Or if one is coming up soon.

Yes there is a nice clubhouse.... Last year it went up I think it was $7. But with all they do... I feel that was very reasonable. Wonderful people in this community...
For a regular lot... $410 I believe... I have a very very large Corner lot and it is $416.... That includes trash and recycle pick up twice a week... And they do the mowing.... Great fun happenings at the Club House... Headed pool... Many events all year....
