For a regular lot... $410 I believe... I have a very very large Corner lot and it is $416.... That includes trash and recycle pick up twice a week... And they do the mowing.... Great fun happenings at the Club House... Headed pool... Many events all year....
All the lot rents are different depending on when you bought in, if you have a corner lot, or are on the water. There are many activities, with softball, water aerobics, cards, quilting, paint class. We have annual Poker Run, chicken dinner, and one a month breakfast out and Ladies Luncheon. Not a huge park, but most people know everyone. You are allowed 2 pets per household. Rent, trash and mowing are included. Weed trimming is owners responsibility. I have lived since 2004. Love it here.
