My dog was having an allergic reaction to maybe something he ate. They was trying to give him a needle that would have made him pee a lot, but I came up with a cheaper and better solution to put olive oil on him and it worked. He was bitting his tail. He is all better now and his hair has grown back.

Best experience ever! My cats were spayed and had a great recovery with no issues!

I love Paws. Such dedicated workers. I brought 2 of my gang there this week for shots. Keep up the good work 👏 👍

Inability to reach a live person. I called several times, left a voice message, and this was during regular business hours. I still couldn't get anyone for two weeks straight. After I made an appointment and paid a deposit fee, someone finally contacted me to schedule an appointment. But that could have been done online. They should have called to confirm, etc., after all they're open seven days a week. And the worst part, is my cat really needed to be seen! They have a no refund policy too, smh.

As early as 6 weeks the best time to do the procedure is between 8 & 12 weeks
It all depends on what you are comfortable with and the size of the pet. If you are looking for the 'organization' who takes care of such things, there is none. Your Veterinarian has services which you will pay for. A lot of people think "Oh, the police or SPCA is responsible" they are not. If finances are not there for the Vet and you have a yard you can bury the animal (deep hole), or if you have to, and it is a small pet, wrap many, many times in towels etc and many trash bags and put in trash, sometimes there is nothing else if the money is not available. (Spend the money on the care of the living)
Not that i know of. They're so cheap you wouldn't need a payment plan!
Walk in Thursdays ,Fridays ,Saturdays,. 10am-4pm. It never cost me more than $30 for shots and deworming.
If you're low income, it's $20 with shots
Price is 70$ for your cat drop him off by 9am Pick up by 4 or a overnight fee 50$ after you make appointment online they might take a week to get back with you. You can download the the paperwork online at the Paws site
You can walk in and have her scanned and make appt
They do it all. Give them a call. For surgeries you have to make an appointment, but for shots you can drop in on some days and wait - you're at the mercy of the number of people already waiting. You can make an appointment for that as well. Get her spayed soon before kitten season is upon us. Good luck.
It’s in total. My dog got shots here when she was a puppy and I don’t think I paid more than $35 total
Im sure they PAWS can help with that.
Not sure because no one ever answers the phone. And they do NOT return calls “promptly”. I’ve called and left four messages over the last week and still no one has gotten back to me.... absolutely terrible. Don’t go here
Post on social media that your looking for a rescue place, DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY TO ACCT! Look for someone to foster. I dont think spca would euthanize your pup! Good Luck!
they give you a form cat/dog you check what you need price right next to item youneed performed. no up front cost. spade and newarding by the weight.
PAWS does spay/neuter surgery. They are not a full service veterinary "hospital". They are unable to xray and perform diagnostic procedures etc. However, their vet staff can usually deal with issues related to or that may become apparent during the spay/neutering procedures and possibly make basic recommendations for future/further veterinary diagnostics and care.
Cats: $60 includes Rabies and distemper vaccines if needed , and you need to call for an appointment for spay/neuter surgery
If you're trying to get an appointment at Grays Ferry it's a little difficult they're very busy and low on help. I recently went to the Northeast location on Grant Avenue. It's a bit of a ride but it was worth it. I got an appointment right away.
Called them and got a replay in 2 days got a apointment for two weeks
Surgery is less expensive for males. It can be done as young as 2 months, but the standard time is around 6 months.
Yes, you have to call or mail them to make an appointment.
Yes
Yes they do I have to call for appointment
For pets I don't think they do but call and leave a message and they will get back to you within the 24 hours.
Yes, but you need to make an appointment with them. However, you should take him to emergency vet ASAP.
Try a walk-in.
PAWS is a spay and neuter clinic.
They will work with you. But you can't go down there being cheap. Call them and explain your circumstances... :)
Not sure. But they do spay and neuter. Never seen any animals other than cats and dogs
It's based on income. $25 to $75 range approximately
I do not really know, but I know they are much more money than an older dog. Just give them a call or check the website. I bet around 200.00 an up.
No, they take walk-in.Get there by 9:30am that the time they start paper work.
Not sure but you can do a general search for animal welfare clinics who offer services for free in PA
2900 Gray's Ferry Avenue
go as a walk in ,they open around 8
Yeah just contact them.
I'm not sure. I got my cat spaded & shots total was $70.00
If you have a access card it $20 to get neuted and $9.00 for them to put the flea stuff 0n them.
Probably on Saturday, Give them a call.
No. Visit phillypaws.org and select the "menu" tab on the top right hand corner. When it opens, click the "clinic services" tab and it gives you a list of all their prices.
Walk in fri sat and sun for shots. Appointments to see the vet and spay/neuter services.
I would ask a veterinarian but using Google would also be an option.
It depends on the male age and it's history of the kitten. Varies $100 or less.
You'll need to contact PAWS directly.
There is a possibility that they would rabbits are considered a pet. Give a call or email them I am more than sure they will respond. Hey, let us know so we all can pass along the information to our friend and relatives.
Yes
Not sure, but they are reallly cheap. Just go in at like 9am. My guess is like $15 or $20.
Yea
9 a.m.
No appointment needed on the days that they have walk in clinics.
I dont know if they do free vaccines
15$ first 2 last one 25@
You have to go to their website and fill out a form about your income to get a price
Cats are for adoption not free the adoption fee pays for shots spay or neuter etc
I believe they take checks & they will probably send u to an animal hospital if the emergency is too severe
Call & ask.
I don't remember offhand. But if you can find a different place, I recommend that you do. Seriously tired of their attitude.
You have to ask when you make the appointment. That is a special they run at certain times
Between 20 & 40 dollars
60 for cats. But if you go to morris animal refuge and pay 40 for a voucher. Then you would only have to pay for additional services if you wanted them.
I believe so but call and ask.
Rude staff, but the doctors are very professional and give your furry friends the best care.Go there in person and see for yourself.Good luck
There is no stitches
I think they have a clinic on Saturday with limited hours, but you can call ACCT too! if they answer the phone.111 W Hunting Park
Not sure. Check their website but they do take credit cards.
No stitches. They do an amazing job
If you are asking if they see clients from Delaware county, then yes, they attend to clients from everywhere who can come to their clinic
That i don't think. sounds like a specialist. tryf ront and washigton Clinic on front south of Washigton.
Take her to paws To get a well visit if there is something wrong they will be able to Figure out what's wrong and tell you the correct way to treat her
They're very affordable. Like 15 or 20 bucks. A visit is 25.
PAWS probably won't be able to do much about that, UPenn vet hospital is the place
No they don't but Philadelphia Animal Hospital do near the airport
Not free, but extremely cheap. Only 20 bucks for cats or dogs with an access card
$20 both male and female with food stamps card. However if you need the cone that prevents them from chewing at their stitches, that costs an extra $7. I highly recommend getting the cone and asking them ahead of time to put the cone on for you because it's not that easy to put on, I think.
If you get food stamps, it only costs $20! That's cheap as dirt!!
I'm not sure but they may have a affordable payment plan. Check with them first. I hope everything goes well.
8 weeks for 1st booster shot and 12 weeks for rabies
I take my adobtablecats and kittens to Grays Ferry so they can transfer them to the center where they are adopted out.

Sorry i dont work for the organization, but most veterinarians dont declaw anymore. please do all your research before commiting and see what other options are out there. Sometimes frequent nail trims will keep your cat happy and healthy with less damage to your beloved things.
Far as i know paws doesnt treat small animals. But penn veterinary at 3800 spruce street does. They were wonderful when treating my guinea pig last year.
Shots start at $25 per vaccination.....call to find out what type shots you need and shots are administered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am and are walk-in, no appointments.
They also have Saturday hours from 10-4 but gotta be there by 3 they usually don't tell ppl! I would go to the one at grant and Blvd I highly recommend the Doctors There they r very gentle on the pets and always pin point the problem. Never had a problem been going there all my life.
Please go to a Vet ASAP. Call both locations since its a weekday they might have some openings
Vaccination Cost for Cats - FVRCP/Distemper $15 Rabies $15 FVRCP and Rabies together $25 Vaccinations for Dogs- Distemper $15 Rabies $15 Distemper and Rabies $25 Heartworm Test $25 Bordetella vaccine $15 Lepto vaccine $12 Lyme Vaccine $25

Not with a walk in. Have to make appt to see vet there.
If your gonna declaw your cat you might as well de-tale and de-fur and de-eye it as well. That way your beloved cat would most certainly stop scratching the Raymour and Flannagan deluxe Lazy boy recliner. But more importantly you would render your cat completely defenseless and hasten its impending demise and miserable existence of living the life of a cat without claws. I AM BEING TOTALLY SARCASTIC AND
Correct A.C.! Or find a dog shelter like Animal Society and make a donation.
Went to PAWS for neuter, $60 and going to GIRARD Vet for declaw $360.
Puppies gets 4 rounds of shots every 3 weeks. Starting at 8-10weeks. During the 4th and last round one gets Rabies vaccine and can be spayed/neutered. If one book an appointment for spay/neuter the last round of vaccines comes free with it
Only Rabies shot is $15 and you can do just that. Walk in clinic is Fri-Sat-Sun 10 AM to 4 PM
I want to say around 15,to 25 but that's just what I heard but you can call them to make sure!

Please see a Vet ASAP
Topical flea treatment is offered no dip. You can give a bath at home with the Blue DAWN dishwash liquid soap in lukewarm water - then comb with a flea comb over a white surface. Flea combs are available at any pet store.
Flea dips are dangerous to cats and aren't done at PAWS. Get Capstar for $4 instead. Remember to get a longer term treatment such as Activyl for $14/mo. as well.
The only weekday Walk-ins is on Friday 10-4
My mother's cat died a year ago and she had someone pick it up and put it either in a shoe box or a cardboard box. Then she was able to take it to the paws. They were able to cremate it for a fee. I think it was under $75.
