Unprofessional manager. A MANAGER made me wait at Drive Tru window because she was too focused on her phone I told her how des respectfully it was, she rolled her eyes and closed the window.

Worst Dunkin' donuts in town they are Always messing up orders with cold coffee that they don't even stir there's always an issue and it takes forever If you want good coffee go to the other dunkins in town this one by far is the worst

It was absolutely horrible!! The person taking our order had no idea what our order after repeating the order more than 10 times in a row. They told us they were out of multiple items but still charged the price of the desired item and substituted it with another (ordered munchkins got three donuts, ordered a hot chocolate received a hot mocha in size small when I ordered a medium). We waited for 20+ minutes in a non-existent line for food that could be made or reheated in seconds. The drinks tasted awful they basically mixed drinking water with a couple drops of coffee. Would never recommend this to anyone and hope you steer clear of this place! New staff and management is needed!

They will be open Wednesday according to the Regional Manager. Go in and ask to speak to Madeline.
It did say in May. It should open by June 1st
Customer service is poor. I went back to 13th Street where their service is friendly and donuts are fresher.
That's a good question. Ive notoced yhe only access is as if youre going to Winn dixie. Once you've made the left onto the Winn Dixie make a left turn guards the storage. It should bring you to the Duncan donuts parking lot.
They are going to open Tuesday, June 4th to the public.
