Whole dang order was WRONG!!! I haven’t been to an Arby’s in awhile, but decided to give this one a try. Even downloaded the mobile app for order ahead. I showed AFTER my order was to be ready and could tell my order was not in the pick up area. No they weren’t busy. Only 1 car at the speaker. I tell them I have an order and they tell me to pull around. At the window he asked for my name they say my order is being prepared. I didn’t mind since it wasn’t that busy/a long wait. Since it was nighttime and car behind me, I didn’t stop and check everything in the bag-just made sure I had the correct number of items. Shake was wrong, burgers had nothing but cheese and lettuce, fries were old/reheated. 1 ⭐️ for the cookie. It was bomb.

The A/C is out in the lobby, idk if they got A/C in the back but I hope they do. We where dripping with sweat by the time we left so they would be poring sweat back there if not. Honestly I didn’t eat here but my bf and a friend of ours wanted to try the new burger. Bf said it’s not his favorite Arbys cause of the service but the hamburger was pretty good. Don’t go here tho to dine in cause it’s hot as hell in there.

I love this Arby's location. The food temperature is always on point. The staff is so courteous and friendly. I love how accommodating they are when they are backed up. They bring the food out to you. They recite your order back to you to make sure they have it correct. Although they are working their drive thru line, they are still nice to customers during their interactions. I drive to this location over others that are closer since it's a superb experience. I will be back.
