The property manager at this locations is excellent I will say that! Dominique has helped me many times and is a great manager. However, Apparently public storage has updated many of their locations gate access hours. And failed to notify their customers. So all of their signage and website say access is 6am-9am. Well they changed it to 9:30am on the weekends for the open time. I had a work event today and needed to pick up the supplies. I arrived at 8:45 and could not get in. It seems unreasonable that I was unable to access my own property due to a lack of communication on change in access hours. This is VITAL information. Then, the gate monitor said I could call to gain out of hours access. Called, Waited on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told “no outside hours access will be given and to have a beautiful day”. Stressful day was more like it. While I was waiting to get in 4 more people came to access their property and discovered the same thing. None were notified access hours changed. UPDATE: The hours did not change. There was a power outage and the gates were not reset. I didn’t get in until 9:40 when someone arrived on sight to help. SO why did the customer service agent say the hours were changed and not try to troubleshoot the problem?? He clearly didn’t even check. Customer support has no idea what they’re doing apparently. Do better.

Hi! I rented a small storage unit recently, and I was impressed from A-Z. One of the best things was the great customer service by Sam, who got me set up easily and did everything to make the experience great for me! Not only was it easy, and organized, but the facility and the unit were clean and everything well-maintained. The prices were good too!
