It was much more than getting a list of stretches to do at home and really taught me how to heal and manage my pain going forward! I sprained both of my ankles and am quite out of shape. I was treated with great respect and compassion. The exercises given to me were challenging enough to push me but not so difficult that I couldn’t do them. I looked forward to going to my PT sessions. My therapists were personable and professional.
