Front desk staff is SO RUDE!! I called today, September 15th at 4:30pm and whoever answered the phone and "assisted me" should be fired immediately for their horrible attitude problem. The Purcellville office has messed up my billing 3 times this year already and act as if it's MY FAULT when I call to ask questions about why my telemed appointment was not covered by my insurance - well, it's because they put in the incorrect diagnosis code when they submitted to my insurance. Mistakes happen.. I get that.. but you need to own up to them and make it right, not get an attitude with me and act as if me calling is an inconvenience. Will NEVER EVER return to any LSFP ever again, even if there is an extreme emergency. Learn to treat your patients with respect and common courtesy.

I'm so torn. Dr. Jeni Keene is fabulous and it took me a long time to find a provider that listens and cares. But LSFP has gone down hill overall. I think they have gotten too big and not adjusted with it. It is so difficult to have your phone call answered, ask a question, or get an appointment. Communication is poor. Its administrative issues, not care related. The portal clearly is not set up properly to email questions or get appointments online - features that should be easily available in 2022. If you need care when you're sick, you'll be well by the time your appointment comes around because they are so back logged. And their issues are not due to the pandemic because the difference is NIGHT AND DAY to the experience with the pediatricians office the same building. It's so disappointing. Honestly hoping Keene leaves so I can follow her.

Disappointed that I have to drive from Hillsboro to Lansdowne for a sick appointment! Calling either location is such a mess that I ended at Cornwall. I will be switching doctor’s offices!
