No one answers the phone, voice mail is full, fax doesn't work. Only way to talk to someone is to go in person. Which you should never do on the day taxes are due. 20+ person line out the door only moving every 5 minutes or longer.

I think it’s really important to consider customer service with the new transition of Manassas Park City Hall to a new building. The staff are unenthusiastic, unwelcoming and I observed one lady being overtly rude to a customer (eye rolling, arms folded, monotone). It was a very unpleasant experience.

The new building is right next to the old building, it says Manassas Park City Hall in large white letters at the top of the new building. The address is 100 Park Central Plaza, Manassas Park, VA 20111. But because it's so new, Google is not showing directions. The new building is on the right hand side (looking from the street towards the old building). It's so new that Google doesn't have it
It depends where they took you, the police have to know about that.
