The only free parking is out on the street depending on the time of day you might be able to park near the place
The music varies based upon what bartender is working or what is played on the jukebox. So if you want to pick the music it means spending a little money. As for dancing, most dancing is impromptu but welcome there. There's not an area designated for dancing but there are plenty of open areas. But you might be the only ones dancing.
