Other than trying to find the location, the test went smoothly. The Staff was excellent and seemed caring and concerned. Would recommend this place fully.

This place has the most amazing customer service that I have ever experienced. My mother and I were preparing for a trip to Japan and needed to take a COVID test for the procedure. Firstly, the place itself was amazing. The nurse who was standing outside the door explained in detail how to use the QR code system. We were able to book an appointment within the hour and were tested in a very timely manner. We were in and out in no time. Secondly, their customer service. We realized that we did not have the proper forms for immigration. What proceeded was a 3-day-long back and forth with personnel about information. We called them way too many times, and they responded to our calls. They were very helpful in completing the process. On the last day, one worker stayed in contact with us and helped us get a signature even though it was right before closing time. They made sure that we had the correct paperwork. I am eternally grateful for the help that my mother and I received. Without them, we would not have been able to go on our trip to Japan. Edit: We received the test on Memorial Day.

Just drive in. How is works is the police will let you drive in and park closer to the clinic when the nurses let them know. When the parking lot is kind of full the police will stop more cars from coming in, because it's a small space. Don't worry, it's not that long of a wait. Nurse gives you a paper with QR code, which you scan and fill out the quick questionnaire and at the end of it it will give you a confirmation code that you have to write on the paper given to you. The nurses will come one at a time, have you swab your nose, and then you can leave. They will tell you when to expect results in your email.
We went there yesterday. We parked and made the line outside the door. When they opened they gave us the paper to fill out our information and they let it people one at a time. It's a small room where they do the test, so the line moved pretty quickly.
You do not have to pay at this facility. They are closed today, 12/29/21, though.
